Hello, Team Shih Tzu! This will be an ambitious post today.

That title itself gives me a headache, (edit: and I’ve now edited it three times!) but work with me here as I try to tie together some related concepts.

These concepts are rapidly ricocheting through my brain, bouncing off one another like pinballs. It is important for me to get them down and craft them into a coherent and somewhat concise package.

As such, I’m going to direct you more than usual to explanatory outsourcing on some key definitions and background stories unfolding. Otherwise, for the purpose of this post, we would get really bogged down and lose sight of the key themes.

Here are the fundamental premises that I am building upon to tie this all together (“that rug really tied the room together”…stop it Sage…this is complicated enough without your Big Lebowski references):

• We are ruled by Global Corporations and a very few incredibly wealthy Oligarchs.

• This Power Structure owns the entirety of the Mass Media, which is why your Truth to Power Voices are now being forced to come from:

  1. Shih Tzu Nobodies on Substack (myself, Margaret, Igor, All Facts Matter, Kaneoka the Great, etc.)

  2. Spurned Corporate News Voices who refuse to play ball any more (Emerald Robinson, The Joker Alex Berenson)

  3. True Believers in either an ideology or a principle (Dinesh D’Souza and the True the Vote crew; Geert Vanden Bossche, Dr. Robert Malone and The Science; Ryan Cristian of The Last American Vagabond)

  4. Relentlessly Stubborn Data Geeks (Steve Kirsch, Dr. Jessica Rose, Naomi Wolf)

  5. Many others. Nature abhors a vacuum, and people do want to know what is real, at least on some level.

• The seductive idea that one is going to “split the middle” and half measure observable reality or data is doomed to fail and is the first step down the road to Controlled Opposition-ville, a sunny hamlet lying somewhere between Useful Idiot-ville and Completely Complicit Asset for Power-ville.

• Most people fall on some line of the continuum. This is not pure “hero” and “villain” stuff.

• A very few manage to resist.

• We now have an entirely new class of at least mildly controlled opposition to include: Tucker Carlson, Joe Rogan, Jimmy Dore, Glenn Greenwald, Matt Taibbi, and Kim Iversen.

I know that this last point will upset many of you, and I do share your resistance, even within myself.

I wrestle with it every day.

In fact, I began this Stack after some pointed exchanges with Greenwald, the Legend himself, when I realized that he and his Wondertwin Power Matt Taibbi were not going to touch the third rail of the Safe and Effective Exp. Injection/WEF Cull the Herd Build Back Better Historic Evil Fraud.

You hate to see it.

None of this is blanket condemnation.

All of them can wake up at any time, if they so choose. They will be welcomed.

They are badly needed.

What is the Third Rail?

It’s a train analogy. Touch the third rail and you will be electrocuted.

The Third Rail of the exp. injections? Used to be that they are safe and effective.

That effective rail has been partially breached.

It is now somewhat okay to admit that the injections suck as a vaccine, not that we don’t have a lot of cowards and Covidians who still, still…won’t go there.

But the remaining full on electrifying Third Rail is…safe.

What is controlled opposition?

Controlled opposition figures do in fact challenge establishment narratives, for example — but only in ways that the establishment allows to some degree. Controlled opposition figures often do tell the truth, but only aspects of the truth that the establishment tolerates. It is truth that does not actually threaten their power, but only appears to. The truths that the establishment wants the masses to ignore or remain ignorant of are omitted or spoken of as half-truths.

I want you to think about that bolded section. Really let it sit with you for a minute.

Does any of that sound resonant? Familiar?

Those of you who have been here since the beginning, and have plowed through all the same posts about all the same things about all the same people…does this sound remotely familiar?

Here's the backstory on why Tucker Carlson and his team instructed Catherine Engelbrecht of True the Vote not to mention '2000 Mules'.

I’m struck by something that D’Souza says in this clip. And to be clear…this is literally the very first time that I have heard D’Souza speak. I told you all before that the first time that I ever heard Candace Owens speak was after Gleaming Shark Woman Krystal Ball smeared her as an “anti-vax fraud” for exercising medical choice.

I have never really followed conservative politics too closely and as many of you know, my premise is that we have an intramural fake two party paradigm puppet show with the real Power held by our Security State.

But I digress.

I’m struck by the similarity of D’Souza saying…

“ We’re not saying that you have to praise the movie. But you have a movie that has all this information. Everyone is talking about it. And you’re (Tucker Carlson, Fox News producer Justin Wells) telling the guest, ‘don’t mention the movie’…”

…with anyone on the Truth in Vaccine side saying, “Okay, let’s at least have the discussion.” With Steve Kirsch offering up big bucks just to debate the science at his own damn alma mater in the auditorium that bears his name.

With Dr. Byram Bridle traveling to meet up with Klaus Kanada’s Science and Public Health Banality of Evil experts and explore the science and being rebuffed.

When you can’t even have the discussion, and every single person in power aligns…across political party…what does that tell you?

When Fox News and Folksy Tucker Carlson don’t want to talk about True the Vote…about the potential that an election was stolen with smoking gun receipts…what does that tell you?

It tells you that you should probably look more closely at what they are avoiding.

That’s the tell.
