When you file a chargeback, the writer gets dinged with a $15 fee.

The "Tech" cull-de-sac is probably the most easily controlled of them all.
Canalized, canalized, as far as the eye can see. With stupid illogical policies and collusion by the various Monster-Inc Organs like Stripe and Google and Microsoft et al.
Instead of burning governments to ashes, we will spend 2026 barely able to access even Substack, fighting AI Chatbots(TM) for refunds, endlessly on hold to speak with a South Asian call centre, wasting whatever cycles we have left after ~6 years of democide and psyoppery.
Fighting us to exhaustion, before the first shot is fired. Though objectively they have already fired a full broadside against each and every human on this planet. It is past time to defend ourselves.
