You own and control Power in the United States, and much of the world through your NATO, your FIVE EYES, your Council for Foreign Relations.
But it wasn’t enough. It never is.
You couldn’t hear the laughter any more. You have a sad face.
You and your Global Oligarch bosses want more.
Let’s say that you wanted to use an emergency global pandemic to achieve a few outcomes:
Assert complete control over the World’s governments using a proxy: the UN/WHO.
Cull the Herd of the Useless Eaters. We have too many people who are using your resources that you plundered fair and square.
Study and unlock the human genome using widespread wall to wall testing of human beings over a very long term. This will help you hack people and make better Slaves, and maybe you can live forever, who knows?
You can’t very well just show up and announce what you want to do to the public and expect to achieve success with your diabolical plans.
Thus you will need to enlist a lot of perhaps naive, perhaps well-intentioned people to play roles…meanwhile you will decide how the play actually goes.
Turn them loose. They now act because they care.
Some of them.
Some of them probably just like that pension. That security. That lifestyle, or that notoriety.
Regardless.
Each actor has their role.
The Gleaming Talking Heads in the Media.
The Science Journals.
The Big Tech Minders.
The Fact Checkers.
The Scientists.
But to get widespread buy in…
The preponderance of the actors need to believe that they are doing good.
