The Exposé: "U.S. D.O.D issued a contract for COVID-19 Research to a company in Ukraine, 3 months before COVID-19 was known to exist"
Obvious question: Was DARPA's Dr. Michael Callahan performing COVID-19 Black Ops in Wuhan for DARPA and the CIA in late 2019?
Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors Executive Summary:
The WHO officially named the novel coronavirus disease COVID-19 on February 11, 2020.
Three months prior, November 12, 2019, the United States Dept. of Defense had awarded a grant for ‘COVID-19’ research. *see addendum
DARPA’s Dr. Michael Callahan was in Wuhan in late 2019 and alerted Dr. Robert Malone to the presence of the “smart bomb” virus on January 4, 2020.

*Post Addendum: see Pinned Comment regarding the possible explanation that the The Exposé article’s dilemma, (which is a re-post from earlier this year), may be explained as a June, 2020 entered DTRA computer coding modification.
🧐
In response to the first post, DTRA emailed a fact checker with the following explanation, more below in the pinned comment with link:
“No, DOD did not award a contract in 2019 for COVID-19 research. In this case, DTRA's contractor modified a task order in 10 June 2020 to assist Ukraine in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, many months after the pandemic had begun. However, the date in the database reflects the original date the Master Servicing Agreement was entered into the system.”
So, is this a plausible explanation?
Sure.
It’s hard to trust either the DOD/DTRA or “fact checker” operations, especially given the discrepancies on DOD vaccine injuries and how they have been documented and revised.
But it is plausible, so I want to put it in the body of the post as well.
That said!
I kind of buried the lede under the The Exposé part.
It's not especially necessary for the prime question: what was DARPA’s Dr. Michael Callahan doing sans authorization in Wuhan in late 2019?
The post reads as originally written.
October 6, 2022, The Exposé
The world first started to hear about a novel coronavirus in early January 2020, with reports of an alleged new pneumonia-like illness spreading across Wuhan, China. However, the world did not actually know of Covid-19 until February 2020, because it was not until the 11th of that month that the World Health Organisation officially named the novel coronavirus disease Covid-19.
So with this being the official truth, why does United States Government data show that the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) awarded a contract on the 12th November 2019 to Labyrinth Global Health INC. for ‘COVID-19 Research’, at least one month before the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus, and three months before it was officially dubbed Covid-19?
The shocking findings, however, do not end there. The contract awarded in November 2019 for ‘COVID-19 Research’ was not only instructed to take place in Ukraine, it was in fact part of a much larger contract for a ‘Biological threat reduction program in Ukraine’.
Perhaps explaining why Labyrinth Global Health has been collaborating with Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance, and Ernest Wolfe’s Metabiota since its formation in 2017.

Dr. Robert Malone on The Joe Rogan Experience, Dec. 31, 2021
“I’ve got many friends in the Intelligence Community. So I’m kind of a pretty deep insider in terms of the government.”
“There is a CIA Agent that I’ve co-published with in the past named Michael Callahan. He was in Wuhan in the fourth quarter of 2019. He called me from Wuhan on January 4th (2020).
From Unlimited Hangout, July 31, 2020
Dr. Michael Callahan was given a leave of absence from his senior executive role at United Therapeutics (UTHR) in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak in Wuhan, China; sent there to assist colleagues handling mass infections of the novel coronavirus under his joint appointment at a Chinese sister hospital of the Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School, where he has maintained a faculty appointment since 2005.
Soon, Callahan would be pouring through thousands of case studies emerging from the epicenter of the outbreak in Wuhan, examining patients in Singapore and briefing U.S. officials on the location of the next likely outbreak, according to NatGeo. The doctor marveled at the “magnificent infectivity” of the disease, which sits “like a little silent smart bomb in your community”.
The doctor’s strange fascination with viral infections and morbid titillation might well be attributed to the fact that he has dedicated his life to studying these microscopic killers. “Triple boarded” in internal medicine, infectious diseases and tropical medicine, Callahan, nevertheless also has a strong entrepreneurial streak, that drove him to launch no less than 11 companies and develop 8 patents.
Callahan’s nose for business came into play early on in the pandemic. After studying data from over 6,000 patient records from Wuhan, he reportedly detected a pattern that could point to a possible treatment using a low-cost and widely available ingredient of an “over-the-counter histamine-2 receptor antagonist called Famotidine”, more commonly known as the brand name Pepcid.
Malone, August 1, 2022:
“I had a series of interactions with him (Callahan) subsequently until I became completely disillusioned and aware that he was lying to me almost constantly, including about things like whether or not the pathogen was engineered. So, I think I can certainly empathize, and understand why some might have these concerns.
Why would Callahan lie to Malone about the pathogen being engineered?
Probably for the same reason that Anthony Fauci got Mr. Smirkie Kristian Anderson and others to STFU about lab leak, (“inconsistent with evolution”).
From the RFK Jr. Book “The Real Anthony Fauci”:
This is the part of the excerpt that jumps off the page:
Callahan later confessed to Malone that he lacked authority to be in Wuhan and had escaped by boat when the government imposed its quarantine.
Okay. Just to recap:
US DOD funds study on COVID-19 in November, 2019.
Malone references Callahan as his CIA agent Coronavirus Informant on Rogan, Callahan-Malone communication happened on January 4, 2020.
Callahan had “lacked authority” to be in Wuhan, and lied to Malone about virus origin, (engineered or natural).
This sounds like Black Ops.
What is a DARPA/CIA Spook doctor doing in Wuhan studying the yet to be named virus, oh wait, it was named back in November when the DOD was shelling out a grant to study it?
But I don’t want to wade into Dark Conspiracy Theory.
Why is Dr. Michael Callahan there in Wuhan studying the “smart bomb” virus…without proper authority?
And I’m sure that there is probably a totally plausible explanation propagated by Callahan, who is adjacent to Robert Kadlec, in the Biomedical Spooky World.
More Unlimited Hangout
Callahan, who by then had been recruited to be Special Adviser on COVID-19 to the Assistant Secretary of Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Robert Kadlec, was presented the joint findings of the U.S. DTRA and Dr. Malone. Both Dr. Callahan and Malone claimed to be unaware of each other’s conclusions regarding the anti-acid, and despite agreeing to collaborate, each claims to have made the initial discovery. Malone offered a February post on LinkedIn as proof, where he asserts that he was “the first to take the drug to treat my own case” upon discovering the proper dose. Callahan, meanwhile, never provided any evidence of his ostensible breakthrough, though he claims to have told Dr. Malone himself about the discovery before the Virginia-based physician began running the sequences through DTRA computers.
And further, DTRA’s David Hone is warning Malone to be wary of Callahan.
Why?
This David Hone?
Dr. David Hone, Chief Scientist within the Vaccines and Therapeutics Division at DTRA.
The inventor, David Hone? 😅
If this guy is warning you off a Spook (Callahan), then you know that Spook is SPOOKY. 🥇
What did Hone know about Callahan enough to warn off Malone?
Whew! This is getting dense. Let’s take a break and watch a fun little video!
That video was not fun!
Sorry!
Back to Dr. David Hone.
This David Hone who is pushing the Remdesivir promotional materials for DOMANE in a press release.
“In late 2019, DTRA started a new program called Discovery of Medical Countermeasures Against Novel Entities (DOMANE) to address novel and emerging threats,” stated Dr. David Hone, Chief Scientist within the Vaccines and Therapeutics Division at DTRA. “Based on previous work, we decided DOMANE would not only focus on FDA-approved drugs but also combination therapeutics, as we believe that no single drug will be completely effective in treating new diseases. COVID-19 has provided us an opportunity to test our hypotheses using DOMANE.”
Veklury®, which is more commonly referred to as Remdesivir, is a ribonuclease inhibitor developed by Gilead Sciences. It delivers broad-spectrum antiviral activity and has proven to be a modestly effective therapeutic for the treatment of COVID-19. Originally developed as an Ebola Zaire countermeasure, this DTRA-funded inhibitor transitioned for more advanced testing due to promising pre-clinical trials. Remdesivir inhibits viral replication in a wide variety of pathogens and was one of the first therapeutics identified in the Defense Department for repurposing to treat COVID-19. In the summer of 2020, Remdesivir received authorization for emergency use only in COVID-19 patients with continued FDA oversight.
Imagined Phone Call:
“Bob, stay away from Callahan, he’s not to be trusted.”
Thanks for the tip, Dave. I always had my doubts about that dude. Thank God we here at DTRA are not like those untrustworthy DARPA animals like Callahan.
😅 I am so getting a visit from Meryl right now.
Plausible Deniability: Need to Know Information Doled Out Sparingly Provides Cover
So at the very least, is it reasonable to surmise that the United Stated Defense Dept. was well aware of the looming “novel coronavirus” that they created?
How can one be involved in this swamp and not follow basic bread crumbs that Dark Conspiracy Theorists, aka The Exposé, or Candace Owens, or Whitney Webb, or Katherine Watt, and on and on, keep digging up?
Here is where we start getting into the divisions between DARPA, and BARDA, and DTRA, and so forth. And (blank) would have done (blank) but the hands were tied by the FDA or other (blank), and bureaucracy, and shit’s complicated and stuff.
I suspect strongly that this bureaucratic maze of Bioweapon Health Security is where the cull happens. Inside the bowels of these ostensibly useful organizations with a shiny “Health and Security” storefront and a “Genocide Operation” going on in the back room.
With each part perhaps plausibly unaware of what the other part is doing.
Then no one is really on the hook. They can just keep their plucky little “we’re doing great things here!” heads down and plow forwards.
Never can get to the one.

Previously I showed you BARDA’s industry day.
Threats and emergencies are very useful! For making lots of money, and for scaring the shit out of the populace and garnering compliance as you slowly erode their civil rights and liberties.
Freedom disappears. One radiological event, one coronavirus, one monkeypox outbreak at a time.
Wanna see something sad?
Here is young Frances Collins, circa 2000, and his perky idealistic lab assistants all super excited about cracking the human genome.
I like video for the tells. The mannerisms. The eyes.
These people, including Collins…do not seem suspicious. They seem like True Believers.
They want to do this so badly. They are excited. I bet they lived in the lab. Probably had cots and showers there. They are invigorated.
Does everything have to get super fucked up? Every time?
I personally think this is a case of auto-population of terminology changes after the fact.
Many grants were shifted or given adjusted codes and such as a way to expedite funding of COVID-focused research using existing active grants. I pointed this out to Billy [Bostickson] and others when the news of this first emerged a while back.
What would be damning would be something from the internet archive that can prove the existence of the name back in 2019. I've not yet seen such evidence, but I'm certainly open to the argument if we can locate such evidence.
I forgot to add: Promo Code, Force of Nature, Katherine Watt!
