Tulsi Gabbard and the WEF
Tulsi whiffs on first Substack chance to robustly address the WEF. Response belied by that 2015 tweet which is still not aging well

MAA, off topic. Saw your awesome comment on Tulsi G's stack the other day. You took the words right out of my mouth, and of course iterated them in your usual MAA inimitable style. Tulsi's reply was lame. She disappoints, once again. Speaking of giving up on people.

You’ll want to read the thread, Sage, because I linked to your Tweets That Didn’t Age Well post about her 😆

It is an honor to welcome you not only to the free-speech haven of Substack, Tulsi, but also to the liberating land of post-partisan independent thinkers.
What you’ve eloquently articulated here is largely why I followed a similar path and also why I voted for you in 2020.
In my “Letter to Governor Ron DeSantis”,
you were the first politician I cited in the list of five I could think of who “possess a whit of integrity, rationality, and moral courage.”
The mention of your name prompted a lively discussion in the comments

I strongly encourage you to read the pinned comment to get a sense of why people choose to support you and what makes them hesitate.
The #1 concern people have is that you have not loudly disavowed your connections with the WEF and the CFR. This one clarification and a strong stance against the globalists would cement you as a front runner in the handful of truth warriors brave enough to take them on. You have also been somewhat silent on COVID tyranny, which is the primary litmus test for me as well as millions of other voters.
I recently launched a new interview series titled Dissident Dialogues
with CJ Hopkins, and I would be honored to interview you if you so desire. My Substack audience is 20k and rapidly growing, and my articles often reach millions as they are picked up by hundreds of outlets and shared by thousands. You will find my email on your mailing list if you wish to take advantage of this opportunity to reach readers highly sympathetic to you and the manifesto you’ve outlined here.
With peace and gratitude for your good work,
MAA
Tulsi:
Thank you for your thoughtful post and for being here! I haven’t clicked through to read the comments yet, but wanted to address the issues you raised. Regarding the WEF, I’ve never been a member or had anything to do with them. They put my picture on their website without asking or informing me. I’ve talked to others who said the same thing happened to them. Regarding CFR, I joined the Foreign Affairs committee when I was first in Congress. I became a term (temporary) member of CFR. The membership expired while in Congress and I did not renew it. That’s it. There’s nothing more to the story. I hope that helps clear things up!
Thanks again and I’ll check out the links you shared soon!

It is yet further testament to your quality of character that you would take the time to respond amidst the media maelstrom you are no doubt experiencing right now, Tulsi.
I greatly appreciate the clarification and hope you will write an article about this that can be widely read and shared as this is the primary reason people cite for distrusting you. If you do that, I recommend addressing the Young Global Leaders specifically as there are tweets floating around about your selection for that program (
that will be used against you if you don’t speak to that. I have previously suggested to my readers that you, like most of us, were unaware of the WEF’s sinister motives back in 2015 and cannot be held accountable for accepting what would have appeared a prestigious honor at the time, but I don’t want to presume to speak for you.
On another note, I think you will appreciate this Tom Luongo article if you haven’t already seen it:

Haha, thanks, serafino. I haven’t written her off yet ;-) She liked the comment where I recommended she write an article specifically addressing her YGL tweets, so my hope is she will take my advice.
One of my readers shared a tweet from last May where she blasted the WEF and even mentioned the Great Reset (which pretty much every other politician is terrified to name lest they be branded a conspiracy theorist), and in searching for that, I also came across another where she called out the pandemic treaty as a tool of the WEF/WHO:

I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt for now and hope she will make a concerted effort to address her past YGL status.

Thanks for that, MAA. I wasn't aware of those tweets. I guess she's saying the right things now, but I totally agree...she has to address the elephant in the room....she tweeted, in 2015, that (paraphrasing) she was honored to be chosen for the WEFYGL. She needs to come clean on that instead of claiming that they put her photo in w/o permission. Full disclosure--I was a big Tulsi supporter in 2020. I donated too many dollars to her campaign, plus bought T-shirts, etc. I also traveled a couple of hours to attend one of her town halls in Keene, NH. I stuck around and had a chance to meet her and shake her hand. I told her she was the best candidate I've seen in my lifetime. Got a photo with her and then proudly shared it with family and friends. I was all in on her candidacy. She promised to take her campaign all the way to the convention. Then, she bailed because of ''Covid,'' claiming she had to go back to Hawaii because of that. Then, she endorsed Creepy Joe, stating on video that he would govern/lead with ''Aloha.'' Talk about a gut punch! I couldn't believe it. I've never supported any political candidate to such an extent. Anyway, now you know ''the rest of the story.'' Thanks again, MAA.
My Spicy Hot Takes:
In 2015, Gabbard didn’t know, I suspect, that the WEF would round the corner into Cull the Herd Slave Planet mode, and thought it was just another, “Rich People Like Me!” Designation.
Rich people have always groomed Power, anointed and then trotted them out. Only in the last few years have they basically just dropped the pretense and said, “You will own nothing and be happy” and “Veeee penetrate the Cabinets” and “Humans are hackable animals”, etc.
Tulsi did go rogue on the DNC which was pretty great, and much like others who pluckily stand up to the Establishment such as Rand Paul, merits massive props for that.
The Guppies are so out in front of the Whales, and this is a function of the fact that we already live in a non-free world. Any hesitance to go full Scorched Earth on WEF still, now, just shows the extent of this. Her response to MAA was at best, disappointing; at worst, gaslighting.
Tulsi has to address this completely if she intends to lead, or be a part of leading, any movement outside of the predictable, “I’m hanging out over here around the 40-yard line of the Overton Window Establishment field”.
MAA did a fine job challenging Tulsi here, and being fair.
Tamales are delicious.
“Queen Tulsi” was a character in my award winning serial novel, “Gas Tank-29.” She got whacked when Tip o’ Spear Steve Kirsch tested the gas tank of a Pinto and it exploded. Kirsch survived.
Another scene involved Queen Tulsi admonishing Hillary Clinton in the Volcano Bunker and grinning as she strides away from the Livingston dessert spitting Cloud Brain Hillary.
Today’s post is brought to you by Kolumbian Chasicakes. “Kolumbian Chasicakes” for when the Shibboleth Dessert, the Livingston, is not available.
"Regarding the WEF, I’ve never been a member or had anything to do with them."
best case scenario: she doesn't remember the staffer who tweeted out the original post.
there are other scenarios and that's where my money is. i smell op-bama here.
.
In 2020, Tulsi left the Hawaii National Guard and joined the 351st Civil Affairs Command in Mountain View, Ca. The 351st is a unit of USACAPOC.
