US Federal Court, 2021: Stop Selling Vitamin D as a Covid Mitigation Treatment

The complaint alleged that none of the products (Vitamin D) were generally recognized as "safe and effective by qualified experts" for any of the immunity boosting uses as promoted by the defendants.

US Federal Court, 2021: Stop Selling Vitamin D as a Covid Mitigation Treatment

Boosting Ryan Cristian, TLAV

Ryan often exhorts his viewers to share and get the word out.

This little segment was a throwaway, but it just slayed me.

I should not be surprised by anything. But sometimes, it still creeps up on me.

How absurd and sinister your lovely United States Government behaved and behaves when it came to the Injection-19 Operation.

Previously, I showed you Dr. Mike Yeadon discussing how the UK blew through three years worth of end of life drugs Midazolam and morphine for Covid patients. (Go to the 6:00 mark of video.)

Hold my beer, says the US.

We are well aware of the incentivized process of sending Covid patients in the US home until they were near death, and then putting them on a ventilator and “treating them” with Remdesivir to finish them off.

Whilst effective treatments like Ivermectin were shunned and spurned.

Check out the following from January 8, 2021.

A federal court ordered Georgia defendants to stop selling VITAMIN D as treatment to mitigate the effects of the disease.

These are all linked:

According to the government’s complaint, the defendants sold several products that purportedly contained vitamin D3, such as “Immune Shot,” “Immune Boost,” and “Core,” through websites maintained by the defendants. The complaint alleges that none of the products were generally recognized as safe and effective by qualified experts for any of the uses promoted by the defendants.

“The Department of Justice will not allow individuals to take advantage of consumers during a public health emergency by making unproven claims about unapproved drugs to profit from public panic,” said Deputy Assistant Attorney General Daniel J. Feith. “We will continue to work closely with the Food and Drug Administration to halt such conduct.”

In challenging times, we must be especially vigilant on behalf of the most vulnerable,” said U.S. Attorney Bobby L. Christine for the Southern District of Georgia. “Our office and our law enforcement partners take very seriously our responsibility to help protect consumers, and we will identify and shut down such attempted financial and emotional exploitation.”

“Americans expect and deserve medical treatments that have been scientifically proven to be safe and effective. Making claims that unproven drugs can cure or prevent diseases, including COVID-19, places consumers’ health at risk,” said U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Chief Counsel Stacy Amin. “We remain committed to pursuing and taking swift action against those who attempt to subvert the regulatory functions of the FDA by repeatedly disregarding the law and distributing unapproved products.”

Really?

Vitamin D is not recognized as “safe and effective” by “qualified experts” to boost immunity.

Trust the science, right?

One month earlier, Nov. 27, 2020.

(*edit, looks like this was around the time the court papers were initially filed, yet plenty of time in the intervening six weeks to pull this study up, and most definitely by the time the Court cracked down in January with their statement. Also, wasn’t this fairly well known prior to this study? About Vitamin D’s immune enhancing benefits? So many questions!)

PubMed homies.

Evidence from observational studies is accumulating, suggesting that the majority of deaths due to SARS-CoV-2 infections are statistically attributable to vitamin D insufficiency and could potentially be prevented by vitamin D supplementation. Given the dynamics of the COVID-19 pandemic, rational vitamin D supplementation whose safety has been proven in an extensive body of research should be promoted and initiated to limit the toll of the pandemic even before the final proof of efficacy in preventing COVID-19 deaths by randomized trials.

Corroborated this week, by the way with this study as explained here:

Having an insufficient level of vitamin D was associated with a greater than fourfold increased mortality risk, according to the study, published in the journal Nutrients.

What a bizarre and sinister timeline in which we live.

I want to be fair here. This story seems like satire. Is there more to this?

The top page explaining the complaint is from justice.gov.

Vitamin D is a verboten treatment for immunity? Huh?

Bureaucrats following bizarre incentives and mouthing platitudes about protecting the vulnerable.

Animal Farm shit.

The "more to this?" question you ask is understandable. Because it's all too much. Vitamin D was KEY to staying healthy and protected from the bioweapon called a virus; we used to be allowed to know that kind of stuff. Especially the scientists who are clearly part of a religion now. Sunshine and fresh air were good too - remember those days? Now you're supposed to believe the body doesn't know anything, can't heal itself, (how the hell are we even here?) and without some secret-sauce injection in your arm, you're screwed.

How did we get here so fast? IDK, probably though the answer lies in 'the science'.

Thanks

I told my pcp (who told me my research was wrong when I told him my reasons for refusing the stroke poke), maybe we should mandate vitamin D instead of the death shot. This was in 2021. I look forward to his apology, lol.
