Here’s my guess on why an attorney is hard to find for this. Hospitals work with the best attorneys in any given area over many things, things outside of malpractice. Contract work, employee issues…whatever. Once they have done work for the hospital, they are conflicted and can’t take the case.
I, like you, am also exhausted by the fake heroes of the world. I reached out to a fellow with some data and a, "representative" for Steve Kirsh inquired about what I know and how I got the data. When I informed him that it was patient-level DoD data that has never been disclosed, there was no interest in it. No one seems to want to touch un-redacted spicy data. The fact is the DoD maintained a database of full demographic, co-morbidity, and treatment information for each person hospitalized at a military treatment facility. I plucked out all of the, "death while hospitalized" data and found some very interesting cocktails. Of course, the usual suspects were there...Remdesivir and the various rheumatoid arthritis drugs. Most of these garbage treatments are known to cause heart, kidney, and liver damage. The majority of deaths were military retirees and some dependents. Oh! And unbeknownst to some...the military was intentionally using Remdesivir as part of a third stage clinical trial at certain locations. Three of those locations had the highest, "death while hospitalized" counts, but hey...my midnight succubus reminds me that correlation is not causation so there's that. Good post Sage.
