Which to me is all they have to offer and no matter how frustrating it is to deal with, this conclusion gives us a direction to move AWAY FROM. Moving towards a goal we want means we are moving away from what we don't want and when we are really confused about what direction to go in to reach our goal we can turn our backs on what we don't want and looking ahead towards what may be the general direction of our goal and at least have eliminated the total confusion and begun to narrow down our possible directions to our goal. Monica Gandhi (first part of the video) refers to memory B cells as the foundation of adaptive resistance. We are told that there are trillions viruses living within our body. They (obviously) mutate and create variants all the time.
