I think many of the scientists are on board with depopulation and the "Scientific Dictatorship." I was reading Lisa Randall's "Warped Passages" and she goes off on climate change in the middle of a book about theoretical physics. There was a great one with him speaking skeptically to "HIV Causes AIDS" - and now a search brings up a U of Maryland page: "Fact check: Research proves HIV is the cause of AIDS, contrary to viral claim" - the Mullis video is the "viral claim" referenced.

I think it was in the interview that Dee Dee references that Mullis, when asked what a scientist believes, said, "nothing." A scientist is always saying prove it, show me.

I thought there were some really illuminating ideas in there. For instance, the idea that elites might create what they viewed as forced evolutionary pressures such as urban jungles, bad health advice, unhealthy junk foods and drugs. The more intelligent would ostensibly escape those pitfalls and produce eugenically desirable children. In several of those areas, the plan was for them to sponsor both sides of the equation: both promoting illegal drug use and cracking down on it while providing therapy and addiction counseling as an out for the fit.
The idea of playing both sides sits well with how I have come to understand American politics. Somehow despite the partisanship, neither side EVER offers permanent or even tolerably effective solutions to any of the problems that they use to grab the attention of their base. They seem to prefer for the problems to be perpetual and inescapable. The current explosion of urban crime and the seeming total disregard for doing anything about it would be right in line with what Dr. Dunegan mentioned.
Another thing that stuck out was that if they were successful at curtailing births, they realized they would rapidly have to kill off elderly or the burden would be too much for the shrunken younger generations. I think we see that manifesting in Canada as they aggressively promoted their government assisted suicide program -just after- the successful deployment of covid injections. Every few weeks they announce new eligible groups.
Finally, he briefly mentioned food shortages. Clearly, we saw some abortive efforts in that direction already with chicken culls and processing fires and the like (although culls are also likely part of the hard sell for new mRNA livestock vaccines - get them or lose your flock / herd). I think that they won't push food shortages too hard yet though as a real breakdown of social order is too risky.

the genius of the Op is to present absurd obvious falsehoods as if they were truth, and to have people go along, to not be interested enough to stop and pause, and really look into anything.
