I almost choked laughing when I read "Ralphie Bear."
see, I enjoy cartoons, a lot.
when I read the name I couldn't help but picture this and hear the little song...
there's a cartoon called Glitch Techs which had one episode with a Chuck-E-Cheese style arcade with animatronics (if anyone is old enough to remember those.)
The birthday party kid gets a cake, a monstrous Cakey McSmasher robot comes out to destroy the cake, and the Ralphie Bear robot pops up out of the floor saying to the kid, "Cakey McSmasher better beware, here comes your pal, Ralphie Bear!"
then he beats up the monstrosity and that's the end of the robot play.
Just imagining ol' Ralph as everyone's buddy out to protect the kids was so hilarious I almost inhaled my drink.
He seems to have the format of a bear. That means we can mace him, no?
I like it. Voice over was just creepy enough to get the point over.
