It looks to me like a major part of the Covid Caper has been to establish the idea firmly in the minds of the world's populace that we have a great deal to fear from internationally spread fearsome diseases that therefore require an international response. This was actually a new paradigm that is absolutely unnecessary from the medical point of view. But for the sake of the New World Order it is also absolutely necessary to have an international organization capable of controlling the world's population. The WHO has clearly been selected to be used for this task. These changes are being put into place in order to streamline the imposition of bogus medical measures as a way to impose laws, mandates, and measures of all sort (which I imagine, will include quarantining and imprisoning (and eventual murder) of dissidents under the guise of "fighting another war on disease." And I think they are in a hurry now. Clearly this group of gangsters is not even capable of trying to win the hearts of the population with some sort of noble cause (a la the Nazi Aryan destiny type) but rather is trying to introduce their form of fascism in a sneaky, backdoor fashion using fear of "microbes" as their main weapon.
