My great grand parents immigrated in the early 1900's, they were so proud to be here that they had the American flag prominently displayed in their wedding pictures. They learned and would speak English as a matter of course, unless they wanted to say something in secret. They worked and started businesses. Their children (5 of 8) served in WWII, their grand children served in Vietnam, and my generation served in the "forever wars" (the real suckers).

He is nevertheless caught up in the entire Bitcoin "DeFi" scene, and El Salvador are offering big incentive for tech companies to come to El Salvador. Therefore, I conclude that he is too hooked in with the richies and tech crypto DeFi mindset. Cash is King - especially in third world countries. Anyone that thinks they are going to solve the worlds problems with crypto currency that is trackable on the "decentralised" blockchain networks is fooling themselves.
